    Pros +

    • Its located on a quiet side street yet close to the main one. A lot of restaurants nearby. There’s this ramen restaurant we really liked and kept coming back to. Convenience stores are within walking distance. The rooms were clean, modern and functional. Breakfast though simple was delicious and filling. The price is reasonable too. The staff friendly and helpful whenever I had queries.
    • The bed was comfortable and the room is extremely quiet. The staff was informative and friendly.
    • Room was comfortable and clean. The staff were all very nice and responsive!

    Cons -

    • There was shit stain on the toilet seat and there's a red spot that seems like period dripped on the bathroom floor, so obviously it wasn't cleaned at all. Even though the staff was friendly, but their cleaning staff seems to be extremely ill managed and unprofessional. Another big no is that the faucet water was extremely hot. Even if u turn the faucet to about 5 o'clock direction, u still got really hot water instead of cold water. Hence if you want to use tapir warm water the streak becomes ridiculously small. And when I also mentioned that just change the towels and garbage bin and don't make my bed, they still fid and the cleaning staff just left my own pillow, which I brought myself, on the floor.. their cleaning staff really made me speechless Cleanliness is the most important and fundamental thing in a hotel. These issues made us not want to visit the hotel ever again.
    • The public bath is just a little bit too small. And no detergent vending machines in the laundry room!
    • The staff at breakfast were not kind to our toddler. She wanted to take a small piece of bread with her, and the staff member didn’t allow it, which made her cry — it was disappointing.•The onsen was below expectations — no amenities like a hairbrush or toothbrush inside.•The amenities offered at the reception were limited.•Overall, the hotel felt overpriced for what it offered.Summary:An okay stay if you find a good deal, but not worth it at a higher price.

Location was great within walking distance to Canal City Shops and local grocery store across the street.

I did not like the lack of in room coffee or a common-area offering coffee.

    8ChristinaPosted on: 7-2-2025

The staff was super helpful when my daughter lost her wallet in taxi.

Room size was too small. And Price was too expensive

The atomspheres here is awesome and it's quite close to downtown. The hotel staff are very nice and polite

Staff was helpful and courteous. The hotel was small but modern and very comfortable. Location was very walkable to Canal City Shopping and the street foods at night. Also to the underground shopping mall. There was a market across the street and close to a 7-11 and neighborhood sushi restaurants. Very nice.

This was the first time we were left a note from. Housekeeping saying that they only remove trash that is" in" the trash bins.Note: The trash cans (2)are smaller than bedroom trashcans. We had collected overflowing trash in plastic bags and left next to the trash bins.Upon inquiring at the front desk, staff concurred and said to collect the extra trash and leave it outside the room as we leave for the day. They would go up and retrieve the trash. They were apologetic and we appreciated their helpfulness.Note: We had 2 little ones in diapers, food and snack containers. It would have been helpful to know about the trash and what to do with the overflow in advance.Thank you to the front desk staff for their assistance.

We stayed at king size room during our five nights in Fukuoka. Best value you could get in the city centre. Convenience stores, supermarkets and restaurants within reachable distance. Canal City Shopping Mall is within 10-15 mins walk! Room amenities are ample and provided in the lounge area. Room is clean and bed is very comfortable. Highly recommended to everyone to stay in Fukuoka. I heard the breakfast is really nice too but we didn’t have a chance to try it this time.

    Nothing!

Helpful staff and good in English for communication. The hotel is new for both exterior and interior including within room and friendly with environment.Public bath and sauna must try for new experience to relax.

The room is Japanese style, tiny but full options. It may be difficult for big baggage to open two for the same time. The location is in the heart of Fukuoka, but not on the main street, we need to walk 10 mins to main area. The room rate is slightly high compared with others.

Located around 6-7 minute walk from Tenjin station. Staff very nice and spoke English. Indoor onsen (?) area which had a long opening hour (6am-9am; 4pm-1am) . Well-decorated exterior.

They do not provide complimentary bottled water and instead require guests to refill water on the 2/f, which I found quite inconvenient. Trash bins inside the room were too small. Rooms were relatively small. Towel provided were too thin and not comfortable. Not sure if the prices were inflated due to easter holidays but I feel like the value for money is quite low and you could find better hotel options at a similar price range.

The counter staff are friendly and we have no problem with the communication. They understood what we needed and assisted us all the way. The room was comfy and had enough space to lay down two big luggages. The location is ideal as it is centralized between canal city mall and tenjin side where nightlife is. It is also surrounded with good food.

It will be even better if the pillow can be more firm. Otherwise it's all good!

a great hotel located in midst of many good restaurants. walking distance from the train station. we stayed 3 nights there. nice indoor onsen and excellent bathing facilities!

    all good!

Modern, mid-sized boutique hotel with just the right amount of guests that facilitates a pleasant experience. Breakfast buffet was surprisingly good and of quality.

The common bath is great, cool to have a coin laundry too

I would be great to have a gym

    9TimothyPosted on: 3-11-2025

Onsen on site, spacious rooms by Japan standards. Value for money. Good location too!

Parking for big car might be dicey

    10YenPosted on: 2-15-2025

Perfect stay in the city, great location, huge room, tasty breakfast and the public bath is amazing.

    9HkPosted on: 2-4-2025

    excellent location for shopping

quite noisy at the public bath, the room lighting is not bright enough.

    8NicholasPosted on: 1-23-2025

Great location, mid way between Tenjin and Hakata areas. Fantastic breakfast. Room was modern and clean.

Twin Room with Loft was perhaps a bit tight with limited space to place suitcases, but loft area with bed was great for kids.
